GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Please Note: The cancellation policy for permanent makeup is different and can be found on the

Due to an increase in cancellations, we now require that all waxing services be prepaid in full through the Schedulicity app when booking your appointment.

All deposits/and or payments are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON -TRANSFERABLE.

​

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you can do so by calling 502-749-6063 during business hours.

​

To reschedule a waxing appointment we must have 24 business hours (1 business day) notice.

​

If you fail to contact us less than 24 business hours (1 business day) notice you will forfeit your deposit and your appointment will be canceled.

​

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we reserve the right to refuse service and cancel your appointment.

​

It is extremely important that you book your appointment for times & days that you can fully commit to.

​

It is also important to be on time for your appointment because every minute counts in your appointment and every minute lost will put your artist at risk of running over into another client's appointment.

​

Here at Houze Of Brows, we take pride in excellent customer service by starting & finishing every appointment on time. If you no call / no show for your appointment you will be banned from booking with us.

​

We reserve the right to refuse any service.

​

If you would like to schedule your next appointment with us at the time of your appointment, it must be paid in full to reserve the appointment.

​

We are a NO children salon, if you show up to your appointment with children we reserve the right to refuse service and cancel your appointment.
