A card is required to book an appointment. If you cancel less than 72 business hours (3 business days) before your appointment, you will be charged the entire service price.​​

For ALL appointments, we charge a deposit in order to hold your appointment.

This deposit amount will be debited immediately upon booking your service.

The remaining balance can be paid in CASH OR CARD ONLY at your scheduled appointment. 

In the event, if you would like to reschedule your appointment you may do so by giving us a call anytime during business hours up to 72 business hours (3 business days) before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled UNDER 72 business hours (3 business days) MAY NOT be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment within 72 business hours (3 business days), your deposit WILL NOT be refunded.

We ask that you please arrive for your appointment on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, Houze of Brows reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit WILL NOT be refunded.
